The first time I rode Zambezi Zinger, I was coming in with high expectations. It was the newest ride in Missouri at the time, and I was thrilled. I am very sad to report that the Zinger did not meet those expectations. It starts off with a spiral lift hill, paying homage to the old ride the closed in 1997. From then on, it is rough. It is shakier than the Timberwolf, and the seats are very tight and don't lock, so they get tighter throughout the ride. By the end, your legs are being squeezed. Then there's the track. Half of it is wooden, the other half is steel. It makes for a very weird riding experience, and I think they should have gone one way or the other. Overall, the theming is well done so that makes it a decent ride.
